ADMISSION POLICY - 2025-26
() As per inclusive admission policy, the Rajendra’s Academy is providing admissions to “Differently –Abled Category” Children with special need (CWSN) students in the mainstream. (CBSE admission Bylaws)
() The school has open admission policy for EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) category students as per CBSE rule.
Admissions in Pre-School (Nursery – UKG)
Rajendra’s Academy will follow the following schedules and procedures of admissions.
General Rules:
1. As per NEP 2021, the Nursery admissions are open for 3 years of age child.
2. A child has to complete 6 years as on 30th March at the time of admission in Grade 1
3. A child with minimum 3 years of age may be admitted in Nursery
4. List of documents attached is to be submitted at the time of admission.
Admission Procedures:
1. Admissions advertisement will be done through Bill Boards and brochures to be given to parents.
2. Registration forms to be filled physically in school by the parents OR can apply for online admission via school’s website – www.rajendrasacademy.com
3. Fee structure is attached for the complete fee structure along with transportation cost if transport facility is availed
4. Required documents have to be submitted during the time of admission.
5. The new Session will commence as scheduled.
List of documents needed at the time of admission to Nursery:
The students have to submit the following documents at the time of admission:
1. Date of Birth certificate
2. Admission form fully filled up and signed
3. Aadhar of parents (and child if available)
4. Two sets of black and white photograph of child and a family photograph
5. Caste certificate (if applicable)
6. Medical reports of CWSN category (if applicable)
List of Documents needed at the time of admission to UKG - Classes IX:
1. DOB certificate
2. TC of other school
3. Marksheet of previous class
4. Admission forms duly filled
5. Two photographs (B/W)
6. Adhaar of Parents and child (Photocopy)
7. Medical reports of CWSN category (if applicable)
8. Caste certificate (if applicable)
9. CBSE Registration card (for admission in Class lX-Xll only).
