Teaching Methodology

Rajendra’s Academy, prides itself on a happy workforce of over 65 faculty members and a large support staff of lab assistants, attendants etc.

The school employs competent faculty members qualified to accomplish the mission and goals of the institution. When determining acceptable qualifications of its faculty, the school gives primary consideration to the educational qualifications and also attaches great importance to competence, effectiveness, and capacity, including, related work experiences in the field, professional degrees and certifications, honours and awards, continuous documented excellence in teaching, or other demonstrated competencies and achievements that contribute to effective teaching and student learning outcomes.

• Toddlers (Nursery & Kindergarten):

• Commerce Stream:
Includes subjects like Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, ideal for careers in finance, business management, and accounting. Optional Subjects offered are Hindi, Computer Science and Physical Education. Language (English) remains compulsory.

• Primary Class I to V: Our primary grades are where students embark on a transformative journey. With a broad, participative, and balanced curriculum, we ensure academic excellence while fostering individual talents. We majorly focus on: Core Subject, Extra skill-based programs and Learning approaches.

• Secondary Classes VI to VIII: The secondary school years at Rajendra’s Academy are dedicated to deep exploration, skill-building, and shaping responsible citizens with a spirit of generosity. We majorly focus on: Core Subject, Extra skill-based programs and Extra Curricular Activities that cater to the varied interests and talents of our students.

• Higher Secondary Classes IX & X: These pivotal years are dedicated to academic rigor and holistic development, ensuring students are well-equipped for board exams and beyond. We majorly focus on: Core & Elective Subjects, Career Counselling and Extracurriculars & Leadership

• Senior Secondary Classes XI & XII: The culmination of the school journey, these years focus on specialized academic streams, preparation for higher education, and nurturing responsible global citizens. We primarily focus on diverse subject choices, Preparation for the future from college applications to entrance exam guidance, we offer unwavering support to our senior students and Leadership & Responsibility by senior students mentor their juniors, leading school events and initiatives.
