Parent’s Cooperation

Cooperation between parents and teachers is a matter of high priority at Rajendra’s Academy. We believe that successful educational outcomes can only be achieved if parents and teachers join hands and support one another.

Salient Features of Rajendra’s Academy:

•   Parents are requested to attend the scheduled Parents-Teachers Meeting regularly to take progress report of their ward. Parents can connect with teacher in school or on call.
•   Parents/Guardians or other persons are not allowed to see the children or meet their teachers during the school hours without the sanction of the Principal.
•   Report Cards on a pupil's progress are issued by the School after every examination. Parents should see to it that these reports are brought to them and take steps in time against causes that impede progress of their children. The reports should be countersigned by the parents and returned to the school within three days.
•  The parents or guardians will kindly read the rules thoroughly and sign them. Their attention is specially drawn to the Rules regarding discipline, reports, attendance and Parental co-operation, Examination and Payment of fees.
•  Private tuitions are strongly discouraged. Teachers are not ordinarily allowed to give tuition to pupils who are taught by them.
•   No party or demonstration in honour of a teacher or presentations of gifts is permitted without the Principal's prior permission.
•   Parents are expected to co-operate in the work of the School by enforcing regularity and discipline and by taking general interest in the children's progress.
•  The school insists on strict punctuality, regular school attendance, cleanliness and dress, good grooming and fidelity to study and work assignment. Absence from school for merely social functions is strongly discouraged.
